MILLING OPERATIONS

ARC provides cold profiling (milling) services throughout Alberta. With three mainline profiling machines (Wirtgen 2100, Roadtec RX60, Caterpillar 750B) and full support equipment ARC services residential, arterial, freeway, airport and highway profiling applications.

 

The utilization of our Wirtgen W500 (½ meter cut) and W1000 (1 meter cut) gives ARC the ability to address any small milling requirements. The installation of rumble strips to enhance safety along roadway shoulders is possible with the optional attachment on the W500 machine.

 

The milled product, or Recycled Asphalt Product (RAP) is utilized in the manufacture of HMA as well as other value added products.

 

SWEEPING SERVICES

 

ARC provides sweeping services for a variety of clients to enhance the safety and aesthetics of their property. The cleanup of RAP is made easy with these three self-propelled sweepers for their milling operations.
