Asphalt Supply
Park Paving operates its own stationary counter-flow asphalt plant (with full recycle capabilities) that can produce asphalt at a rate of over 400 tonnes per hour meeting the needs of both our own paving operations and outside sales alike.
We are market leaders in specialty asphalt product including Stone Mastic Asphalt (SMA), Polymer Modified Asphalt, and cold mix asphalt. On top of our specialty product, we produce a full spectrum of standard asphalt products to the strictest of specifications. To ensure we meet all of our clients standards all of our aggregates are subject to stringent testing at the hands of our Quality Control (QC) Specialists in our in-house QC Lab at our Asphalt Plant.
For customers with supply needs outside of the Greater Edmonton Area, we operate a portable plant equipped with a bag house emission reduction system capable of servicing the entire province of Alberta and beyond. Our portable plant is capable of producing over 200 tonnes per hour, and can be used to make hot mix asphalt and cold mix asphalt. It can also be used for drying large volumes of sand and aggregate, and be outfitted for specialty needs such as custom oil field production.
